Jamie Full name: James Watson Age: 13 Living in the south of England, going to a normal school, Jamie tries like any other kid to fit in with his friends. He enjoys skateboarding and bodyboarding, going often down to the beach in the summer, and snow sports in the winter, when he can afford it. He always loved the winter best, but slowly finds himself coming into the possession of strange powers connected with it. Desperate not to let it get out of control or let anyone know, Jamie keeps it a secret, but finds it harder every day. And now a mysterious stranger shows up, and might break into Jamie's secret.... |

Kōichi Full name: Kōichi Peter Kendall Age: 16 A half-Japanese teenager, Kōichi comes from outside Jamie and the others' home town. At first mistaken for a ghost by Jamie, he proves to have knowledge of both Jamie's situation and secret, and offers his knowledge of what's happening. He was initially drawn to Jamie by his look and aura... but what else does this strange boy know? |
